The North Korean Central News Agency reports that on August 21, 2019 the Venezuelan Embassy was opened to North Korea. The Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela for Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, Rubén Darío Molina, opened the delegation with a welcome address attended by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Korea, Pak Myong Guk.
